Founder | Managing DirectorCharles, or as most know him, “Charlie” founded Kings Lift with a clear calling — to serve his community with integrity, excellence, and faith at the center of it all.
After serving 13 years in the military, Charlie returned home to the Panama City area to put down roots and build something meaningful — not just for his family, but for the community he loves. His years of service shaped his work ethic, discipline, and commitment to doing things the right way — even when no one is watching.
As a proud husband and father, Charlie is building Kings Lift to be more than a carpet cleaning company. It’s a reflection of his values: honest work, fair pricing, respect for every home and business he enters, and a standard of service that lifts expectations — not just carpets.
His goal is simple: to leave every space better than he found it, and to build a business his children will one day be proud to carry forward.
Anthony Zermeno
